I get it. Because I live it too.

Sober (15 years) mom with ADHD who did the messy work and built realistic, even fun tools that actually work. Now helping overwhelmed women find steadier ground, deeper presence, and a life they can truly be here for.

I'm also a certified yoga instructor, trained life coach (Martha Beck, Amanda Frances, Gabby Bernstein), and I've done the deep work. On the mat, in recovery, and in my own ADHD journey.

My approach is body-first. We don't start with productivity hacks. We start with your nervous system. Because you can't think your way out of overwhelm. You have to feel your way back home.
