What if I've never done coaching before?
Perfect. Most of my clients haven't. There's no wrong way to do this. You show up, and we figure it out together.
Is this therapy?
Coaching is different from therapy. I don't diagnose or treat. I help you build tools, find regulation, and move forward. If therapy feels like the right fit, I can help you find that too.
What if my kids are around?
That's totally fine. This is real-life coaching for real-life mamas. Kids, dogs, chaos. All welcome.
Do you only work with moms?
Mamas are my sweet spot, but I'm open to working with anyone navigating ADHD overwhelm and looking for nervous system support.
