I get it. Because I live it too.
I'm a mama with ADHD, and I know what it feels like when your nervous system is on fire and your to-do list is a mile long. The guilt. The overwhelm. The feeling like everyone else has it together except you.
I'm also a certified yoga instructor, trained life coach (Martha Beck, Amanda Frances, Gabby Bernstein), and 15 years sober. I've done the deep work. On the mat, in recovery, and in my own ADHD journey.
My approach is body-first. We don't start with productivity hacks. We start with your nervous system. Because you can't think your way out of overwhelm. You have to feel your way back home.
